What your job area at InVision will look like?
As a member of our cross-functional Customer Experience team, your primary goal is to win new customers and to ensure that they over-achieve their desired outcomes with our award-winning, cloud-based workforce management solution, injixo. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers across the Netherlands, building relationships, promoting adoption, solving problems and identifying new business opportunities.
How you will contribute?
- Drive the success of injixo in the Netherlands by leveraging previous experience of the complex sale.
- Identify and proactively drive new revenue opportunities with our existing clients by up- and cross-selling additional services or new product components to increase customer benefit.
- Apply the Inbound Sales Methodology to convert leads into new customers.
- Engage as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers with a deep understanding of our software products and contact centre workforce management (WFM) in general.
- Run tailored (online) demos to prospects, addressing their specific WFM challenges.
- Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture that promotes knowledge exchange and helps our teams to grow.
