These are teams of skilled global and opco (regional operating companies) colleagues whose mission it is to provide Randstad with global best practices, global standards and superior digital capabilities for a specific focus area.
One of these Global Centers of Excellence, Sales, is based in Diemen, The Netherlands, focusing on supporting our sales/crm processes as well as workforce management. You will be joining and building a new team, working under our Product Manager joined by several product owners and other business analystsanalists.
What will you be doing?
The business analyst is a key factor in our data-driven development. They analyse business processes, business cases, user data and feedback data with the goal of improving the product continuously. With that data, it is guaranteed that the product team and development teams work on the right features, in the optimal way.
The business analyst functions as a liaison between the business and the development team, asking the right questions to establish the exact definition of done for each feature before development is started. As the link between both sides, they understand both the business processes and the development teams, in order to translate business requirements into coding requirements.
