A new opportunity has arisen for an Employer Branding Manager in our Global Centre of Expertise Talent Acquisition. In this newly created role you will be crafting and driving BAM's employer branding strategy that is true, credible, relevant, distinctive and aspirational. In this role you will be contributing directly to the realisation of BAM's strategy - building the present, creating the future - with a tangible employer branding strategy. You will take a data-driven approach and will closely cooperate with recruitment technology, recruitment marketing and communications colleagues on continuous improvement of attracting and retaining talent at the right time.
The Employer Branding Manager reports to the Global Director Talent Acquisition and works closely with recruitment marketing specialists.
This role is based in our headquarters in Bunnik. Limited travel within Europe is required.
