The Netherlands is actively pursuing the Energy Transition, in order to be carbon neutral by 2050. In order to allow for this transition, the Government is encouraging use of domestic offshore gas (“small fields policy”) as the most efficient transition fuel. Petrogas E&P Netherlands B.V., as the Operator of the AB Gas fields (A12CPP, A18 and B13), is one of the leading suppliers of offshore gas to the Netherlands. We are the fourth largest producer offshore, and one of the most active Operators, with plans to develop additional gas resources over the next 5 years. We are also supporting the Government to investigate Carbon Storage, with an opportunity to utilize the aquifer in the Q1 area, as our old oil fields reach the end of their production life.

Petrogas is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to provide professional support to the international workforce with different compensation & benefit packages. As a HR Business Partner, you advise the workforce on HR matters in accordance with HR policies and Dutch labor law as well as contributing to delivering the annual HR business plan and scorecard. Manage the annual Performance Management Cycle, the company’s long-term absenteeism cases and implementation of HR systems. You will work closely together with your internal and external stakeholders internationally located in both the Netherlands and Oman.
