And, in that setting, you, the Technical Business Analyst, are accountable to ensure a seamless refinement of the features to ensure development can proceed without delays and become a success. In a devops model adapted to fit the needs for the innovative setting, you identify the dependencies on other parts of the bank and ensure all input is available for fast implementation. Hereby you achieve the perfect symbiosis between taking advantage of existing best practices in the bank and new approaches suited to the fast-paced, disruptive developments in this area.

The Technical Business Analyst is an organisation savvy specialist that holds a position of influence and responsibility regarding the actual ways of implementing requirements. Especially he/she is an authority in aligning with other parts of the bank and external suppliers/partners. Furthermore he/she has a sound understanding of the internal technical dependencies of the various components of the developed solutions within Rabobank’s Digital Lending Street (DLS) environment. Together with the input from the business and from the developers as well as indirect stakeholders, the Technical Solution Analyst solves any implementation related challenges that are not directly related to actual coding. He/she is pro-active, creative and one that will align the views of the various stakeholders.
By nature you are customer focused, autonomous and able to make decisions. Where necessary you spend the necessary time to really dive deep in the technical implications of possible scenarios and you strive naturally towards a demonstrable best approach taking into account all different factors. You take initiative and can convince all stakeholders, technical and non-technical of the soundness of your decisions. You listen well and can create support for your views. Working in a disruptive area within the Rabobank that act as a pathfinder for new approaches fundamentally appeals to you. You are well-versed in Dutch and English.
