Job Description The TS Account Manager owns the PCM client relationship during the lifetime of the contract the clients has awarded us with. The TS Account Manager ensures the overall cross-border customer satisfaction and monitors, retains and grows the existing PCM business for selected multinational WB clients at a global level. In this role the TS Account Manager has revenue responsibility for maintaining and growing the existing business (in-contract sales).
The TS Account Manager works closely with TS Sales (who focusses on originating: new deal generation), Relationship Management (PAM/LAM), the CLT teams, Operations and other support departments.
The TS Account Manager works dedicated to a portfolio of large corporates and ensures smooth crosscountry servicing. Takes on a pro-active role to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met, and that the commercial and operational quality of the service in the client portfolio continuously improves.
The TS Account Manager reports directly to the Lead of TS AM in NL who reports hierarchically to the NL TS Sales Country Head and functionally to the NL Client Services Country Head.
