Your responsibilities
What will you be doing?Our Retail team is seeking a Retail Specialist who will actively support the European Sport Retail team in building relationships with our retailers, providing them with value-added insights and helping to drive revenue within our accounts. Job Responsibilities
You have a strong desire to gain experience in servicing retailers and develop a strong relationship with them
You answer day to day requests, and with the support of the EU Sport Retail Head, you prepare and present retailers’ market overviews, always providing value-adding analysis resulting in constant retailer’s satisfaction increase.
You develop a strong EU Sport Retail market expertise and participate in the tracking of retailers’ store activities and EU Sport retail trends
You support the EU Sport Retail team to service retailers with ad-hoc analysis and will be in charge to implement a monthly EU Sport market overview deck that will be delivered to the key Sport retailers partner in Europe.
Effectively liaise with other Retail Service team members, Operations, Commercial, Product, Research Sciences, and other support groups.

Your profile
Requirements
You have an education background in Business and Marketing
You have 1-2 years of experience in quantitative market research, ideally within the retail/sport sector
You have experience working with data and ideally been exposed to Retail Panels.
You must be able to analyze quantitative research and provide customer-oriented insights
Naturally rigorous and organized, you are able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a timely manner.
With strong communication, you enjoy working in a team and you have the capacity to use your initiative for proposing new ideas.
You are fluent in English and French
You have a strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
