About our Client
Our customer is one of the leading international manufacturers of packaging solutions for various industries. Well-known regional and international manufacturers of food, beverages, cosmetics and personal care products as well as technical products such as painting or lubricants trust in his innovative and high-quality products and solutions. We are looking for a sales-agile (Key) Account Manager with experience in the packaging industry to further expand the Dutch and neighboring German markets.
Sales Manager / Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilites:
- Expansion of business with regional and global key account customers
- Development and servicing of strong, long-term customer relationships
- KPI responsibility (budget, target achievement)
- Forecasting
- Implementation of Group guidelines (sales, marketing and pricing strategies)
- Market and competition monitoring
- Providing ideas for the further development of products and pricing strategies
- Close cooperation with product development in customer projects
Your Qualifications:
- Qualified vocational training / University Degree
- Sales experience and success in B2B business within the packaging industry
- Experience in selling technically complex packaging solutions to various industries like food/beverages, pharmaceuticals, personal care, …)
- Driving license
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, opportunity-oriented
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders from different hierarchies and functions
- Experience in a matrix organization is an advantage
- Business fluent language skills (Dutch and English, ideally also German)
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Northern Europe
