As Senior Recruiter at MSD, you'll work closely with Hiring Managers to fill open positions, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality recruitment processes. Your responsibilities include delivering top-tier recruitment services, utilizing technology tools, and managing end-to-end processes. You'll collaborate with MSD Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Colleagues, offering expert advice and managing expectations throughout the hiring process. You'll join a close-knit team with diverse backgrounds, supported by dedicated Sourcers and an Admin department, all committed to delivering excellent service and aligning with stakeholders' expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing entire recruitment processes from candidate review to offer
Facilitating interview, selection, and offer processes
Cultivating strong relationships with Hiring Managers through effective planning and execution
Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
Ensuring exceptional experiences for candidates and Hiring Managers
Generating accurate and timely management information and maintaining system updates
Achieving results in alignment with client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
Your profile
What you need to have to be successful:
Extensive experience managing recruitment processes in a multinational setting
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient project management, organizing, and administrative skills
Practical knowledge of recruitment technology, with a preference for experience with Workday
Detail-oriented and proactive approach
Business fluency in both Dutch and English
Presence in the MSD Office based in Boxmeer or Haarlem, at least once per week
