Introduction

HUGO BOSS is one of the largest German luxury clothing brands. The company sells clothing, accessories, footwear and leather goods. Looking for a Store Manager for its new store in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

  • Efficient store management, ensuring the achievement of the planned operating result of the store, stable growth of its performance indicators and continuous development, expansion of its customer base;
  • Efficient management and control of the store's inventory; participating in scheduled inventories to ensure the accuracy of its results;
  • Control and rational placement of goods in the warehouse and on the store;
  • Ensuring and improving the store's image and customer service;
  • Effective organization of internal processes and store routines (regulation of working hours, staff optimization, work schedules) to increase the productivity of store staff;
  • Analyzing and reporting on speed statistics and sales planning;
  • Knowledge of all information about the product, production technologies and materials used in the collections;
  • Controlling and organizing the merchandise in the store in accordance to the brand guidelines;
  • Compliance with the rules and regulations of cash discipline;
  • Communication with the Mall Administration, providing repots and sending the requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a clothing/shoe store;
  • Successful experience in personal active sales;
  • High level of communication skills;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Experience in managing and recruiting staff, ability to create, unite, train and motivate a team;
  • Experienced PC user;
  • Love for people;
  • Knowledge of English and Dutch.
